The Silva House is nestled along the South shore of Lake Chelan, with pristine waterfront in a quiet, convenient location. The Silva House offers a private dock and mooring buoy, and the whole right side is available for your exclusive use as a jump-off point for lake fun. You are welcome to dock your watercraft for the duration of your stay at the mooring buoy. You will find a public boat launch at 506 S Emerson St, Chelan WA 98816. It is operational 24 hours a day. At this time the Silva House is unable to offer dedicated boat trailer parking. In the past our guests have utilized the extra wide shoulder on S Lakeshore Rd at the top of the driveway to park extra large vehicles, or boat trailers. 

Events are approved on a case by case basis. Contact the host to discuss your event. 

Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. These times are adhered to strictly to allow our crews the time they need to prepare the house for your stay, and the next! 

At this time the Silva House is not allowing pets. We love them, we just dont love cleaning up after them.
