The community of Stehekin is at the head of Lake Chelan. It is a rugged and rural - yet magical community accessible only by boat, float plane, or hiking paths. The Pacific Crest Trail runs right through it and in the late summer you'll see hungry hikers on their last stop before entering Canada! The Stehekin Bakery is a MUST and so is Rainbow Falls.
